Your data & privacy requests
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. We confirm every request by email and tell you what we did.
What we keep after deletion
We remove your profile and account details. We keep the minimum booking and payment records we are required to hold for tax, accounting and dispute purposes, and we tell you exactly which records were retained.
